Dear all, the final attendance/participation record has been uploaded. See also the 2nd sheet > Presentation marks + Assignments.
The students whose DPSD no. (columns A, B, C) is in green or purple fill have passed the course, and do not need to take the exam. (Purple fill > on the conditions discussed, incl. confirmation mail on 17/1/26).
Pls check asap (sheets 1 and 2 + any Comments on the right) in case I have missed something!

re-uploaded record with Assignments & annotations / Eligibility to pass without exam
Dear all, pls see the updated Attendance/Participation AND Assigmnents record.
Do check the 2nd sheet (Assignments), too + any comments on the right.
Note : Purple fill in columns D to P (no. of hours) indicates insufficient participation *. - These students could pass without exam ONLY if they obtain at least "Very Good" (or "Excellent") in the presentation, otherwise they will need to take the exam.
* Participation is considered as "active" if students have actively participated in at least half the lectures.
It is reminded that the alternative to pass the course without exam is given on the following conditions (as explained in the Course Description on eClass - https://eclass.aegean.gr/courses/511161/ ) : " Students who have covered a minimum of 85% of attendance combined with active participation in class activities and tasks, as well as accomplishment of all assignments set, such as oral presentations, essays, etc. can pass the course without sitting the final exam ........ "
